My style is to invite you into a place of inner peace and self-compassion, where everything is invitational, and all is optional.

These classes are suiteable for beginners and beyond.

They are perfect for the busy women that wants to slow down and nurture a deeper connection with themselves.

Know that you are in safe hands. I have been holding space for women in circles for the last 15 years and have a speciality in women’s wellness yoga.
