I noticed that when planning my month that other planners ignored one of the most important aspects of a women’s life and that is their menstrual cycle and this meant I would get caught off guard as I hadn’t taken into account how differently I maybe feeling day to day due to my hormones.

Hence I have created the “Mindful Moontime Monthly Planner” as a free gift for you. It has really helped me to be aware of when I plan things in and arrange appointments with others by making sure that as much as possible I am optimising the gifts of each menstrual phase whilst allowing space and time for my slower days.

My suggestion for how to use this planner is to fill in the month at the top, the day of the month in the left corner, the pink squares with your menstrual cycle days (the first day of your bleed being day 1) and an optional extra or alternative is to colour in the circles with the phases of the moon so you are covered with both the cycles outside and within you. The rest of the space is for you to plan in your to-do’s, fun times and self care.
