The guidebook is very aesthetically pleasing, easy to read and perfect for re-reading at moments of doubt and to refocus. It has helped me understand the natural inclination of different parts of the cycle that I had mainly ignored or would find myself fighting against my body. Now I realise how fundamental my cycle is to most aspects of my life and wellbeing!
